Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Cumberland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Project includes work associated with the repair of the steel columns on the Cumberland City Street Shop. All work must be completed by October 17, 2025. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. Bidders will be required to provide performance and payment bonds of 100 percent of bid amount. The City of Cumberland reserves the right to reject all bids, without cause, and accept the bid that is in the best interest of the City of Cumberland. Question Deadline: 08/18/2025: All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Architect in writing. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered.
