The purpose is to obtain ongoing fire alarm monitoring and fire monitoring panel troubleshooting and repair services at the California Exposition & State Fair (Cal Expo) facilities, which utilize a Gamewell system with approximately 100 devices across nine panel nodes. The contractor shall provide 24/7 monitoring and dispatching for fire alarm systems, maintain and update call down lists, reprogram nodes and the central station as needed to allow isolation for testing or disregarding purposes, provide alarm and trouble history reports, and send email notifications of alarms or troubles to Cal Expo's maintenance staff on a 24/7 basis. Prospective bidders must have at least ten years of experience in fire alarm monitoring, a valid C-16 Contractor’s license, be an authorized dealer of Gamewell Honeywell Suite of Fire Life Safety products, and hold and maintain proprietary Gamewell fire protection software licensing. Bidders must comply with provided instructions in submitting their bid.
