Renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.
Sealed bids are requested for the Bridge Platform Renovation project at Fort Kearny SRA, located near Kearney, Nebraska in Buffalo County. Bidding documents are available at the Engineering Division Office of the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission and online. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms and include a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond for 5% of the total bid as security, unless the project cost is less than $50,000. For projects exceeding $15,000, a Labor and Material Payment Bond is required; for projects exceeding $50,000, a Performance Bond is required, unless the contractor takes a single lump-sum payment post-completion and acceptance and the cost does not exceed $100,000. Bid proposals should be clearly marked for the Bridge Platform Renovation. The Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Bidders cannot withdraw proposals for 30 days after bid opening. Question Deadline 10/22/2025 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a request to the Architect/Engineer at least seven days prior to the date for receipt of bids
