Site work for a civil project in Gulf Breeze, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of December 09, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on January 20th, 2025.** The City of Gulf Breeze is seeking contractors to construct a new potable water booster pump station at the West Water Plant. The project will include installing a 2,400 GPM pumping system, modifying piping, replacing valves, connecting an emergency generator, installing a new SCADA system, demolishing the existing station, improving site security, and performing final sitework and landscaping. The Contractor shall furnish all shop drawings, working drawings, labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall perform the job thoroughly, in place, and ready for continuous service, and shall include any repairs, replacements, and restoration required as a result of damages caused before acceptance by the Owner. Furthermore, the Contractor shall furnish and install all materials, equipment, and labor that are reasonably and appropriately inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the Project per the Contract Documents.
