The scope includes applying a cementitious coating to the wet well's interior, replacing three existing pumps, base elbows, and all internal piping and appurtenances, demolishing the current valve vault, installing new piping and valves above grade, and constructing a temporary bypass pump-out at the lift station site. The electrical scope consists of installing a magnetic flow meter and pressure transducer, as well as replacing the lift station telemetry and control panels to accommodate the new submersible pumps, operated via variable frequency drives (VFDs). All tasks must adhere to GBRWS standard details. Bidders must not lobby or attempt to influence City Council members, officials, or staff except in public presentations requested by the City.
