Renovation of a multi-residential development in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade, nine-unit multi-residential development.
The scope of work includes replacement of roof mounted gas-fired make-up air unit, replacement of split system HVAC units serving nine apartments, roofing upgrades, and interior lighting upgrades. Work shall be completed under three prime contracts: Contract No. 1 - HVAC Upgrades, Contract No. 2 - Roofing Upgrades, Contract No. 3 - Interior Lighting Upgrades. Proposals shall be hand delivered or emailed as specified. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than ten percent of the total base bid. PA prevailing wage rates apply to all contract and subcontract work. The successful bidder is required to obtain a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the total amount of the project. Contractor Limited Liability Insurance requirement is $1,000,000 minimum. The intent is to award to the lowest responsible bidder.
