2025 Demolition Projects Round 3 An Asbestos Containing Materials Inspection was conducted on June 13 th , 2025 and reviewed on October 16 th , 2025 within the planned demolition site located at 1016 Stafford Avenue, Scranton, Pennsylvania. The purpose of the inspection was to determine if asbestos containing materials exist within the structure. Mr. William Sterling (PA Asbestos Inspector #057069) of Quad Three Group, Inc. conducted the inspection in conjunction with demolition scheduled at the structure. Questions about this project shall be submitted in writing via "Q&A" through the City's e-Procurement Portal, before 10:00 am on Monday, November 17, 2025
