All communications regarding technical, scope, and/or project related questions and requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, and deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this ITB shall be submitted via "Q&A" through the City's e-Procurement Portal, before the deadline of 11:59 pm on Friday, November 28, 2025 and according to these specifications herein. The scope of this project is to perform closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection of approximately 2,785 linear feet of piping to determine the condition of the existing storm sewer system. The Contractor shall perform CCTV inspections in accordance with NASSCO's Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) after cleaning operations have been completed. Due to the age and uncertainty of the existing subsurface storm infrastructure, the Drawings may not accurately reflect the actual location, alignment, or connectivity of existing storm sewers and structures. The Contractor shall be responsible for CCTV inspecting all storm sewer piping associated with the project area, including all pipes discovered or connected in the field that are reasonably related to the lines shown on the Drawings. Work also includes the location of buried storm manholes. The CCTV crew shall locate and mark each buried manhole in the field. Mapping Deliverable: The CCTV Contractor shall prepare a final map (PDF and CAD format) showing all storm sewer lines that weCTV-inspected, including pipe sizes, materials (where identifiable), direction of flow, manhole locations, and any newly discovered connections or segments. The intent is to produce a comprehensive fieldverified map of the storm infrastructure to aid in the final documentation of existing conditions
