The work consists of the abatement of asbestos containing materials within Building #8 at Valley View Terrace, Genet Street, Scranton, Pennsylvania, in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by LaBella Associates PC, Environmental Consultant. Sealed bids are invited, in duplicate, for this project. Contractors must purchase construction documents from LaBella Associates PC for a nonrefundable cost and register to receive information issued during the bid period. Attention is called to the wage and equal employment opportunity requirements for this project.
