Luzerne County Community College is seeking proposals from qualified companies or individuals to provide cleaning services at the Scranton Center, located at 300 Lackawanna Avenue, Scranton, PA, 2nd floor (former Bon Ton). Companies or individuals must be able to meet minimum requirements and include specific information in their proposals. The evaluation criteria include company/individual history and organization, cost proposal and invoicing, insurance, and references. All providers must be duly licensed or otherwise able to perform work in accordance with all governing local authorities. The College reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or amend the project scope. Submissions must adhere to all College purchasing and conflict of interest policies. Proposals must be sealed, labeled, and delivered to the specified address. The contract term is a three-year period, commencing on May 1, 2026, and continuing until June 30, 2029, with a renewal option to June 30, 2031, upon mutual agreement.
