Site work and paving for a road / highway in Melbourne Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Scope of work shall include all labor and materials required to complete the project in accordance with the project plans and specifications. Instructions to bidders: Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Melbourne Beach until 3:30 p.m. on November 13, 2025. Provide one (1) bound ORIGINAL hard copy, one (1) bound copy, and one (1) electronic copy on thumb drive, all in a sealed envelope with the project name "Town of Melbourne Beach 410 Riverview Storm & Roadway Repair" along with the name and email address of the bidder. No faxed bids will be accepted. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Total Bid must accompany the Bid. The successful bidder may be required to furnish a performance and payment bond in an amount at least equal to the contract price as security for faithful performance and payment for labor and materials. All work must be fully completed within the stipulated time frame from the start date indicated in the written Notice to Proceed from the owner. The Town reserves the right to reject all Proposals or any Proposal, and to waive technical errors and informalities. Question Deadline 11/06/2025 Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the Specifications or Drawings shall be submitted in writing to the Owner through the Engineer at least seven days prior to opening of bids
