Reference Number 0000401157 The City of Aurora ("COA" or "City") is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management / Construction Inspection (CMCI) Services for the Gartrell Bridge Widening (Over E-470) project. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, providing the following services and documentation for the construction of the Gartrell Bridge Widening (Over E-470) Project, or the "Project": project management, contract administration, construction management, stakeholder coordination, project schedule reviews, permit processing, clearances, request for information (RFI) coordination and response, and other construction submittal reviews and processing, inspection services, materials testing, constructability review, and technical assistance. Questions received by the deadline will receive a written response in the form of an addendum that will be posted on online. Questions received after the deadline will not be addressed. Anticipated Start January 2026 The City also reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities or irregularities, and accept the proposal(s) that best serve the interests of the City.
