The water treatment program is to include all boiler systems, cooling towers, chillers, water loops, condensate lines and tanks, and other systems identified by our maintenance department. Services shall be provided as set forth in the proposal specifications and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The qualified vendor shall provide a minimum of three references of similar work and have a minimum of five years' experience with similar projects. The Mercer County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in proposal responses. The Board also reserves the right to reschedule the proposal opening.
