The intent of this RFC is to obtain an offer to perform work to upgrade a sports field and parking lot at JL Ilsley High School located at Sylvia Avenue, Halifax, Nova Scotia. Work Includes: Phase 1: Tree clearing, rock breaking, trenching, storm sewer installation, new parking lot, walkways, retaining wall, fencing, lighting. Phase 2: Removal of existing parking lot, driveway realignment, storm drainage, fencing, grassed sports field construction.
