Sealed bids are sought for the supply and delivery of pre-coated chip as needed by the Public Works Department within the city limits of Apache Junction for their pavement preservation chip seal operations. The City of Apache Junction is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to supply and deliver pre-coated chip. Bid forms and requirements are available online. Sealed bids containing one signed original and four duplicate copies will be accepted in the City Clerk's office. Bids must be conspicuously marked on the front and the outside in black lettering as: "SST25-20 Pre-Coated Chip." The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and technicalities, and to suspend the procurement deadlines applicable to this process.
