Decatur Housing is seeking qualifications from licensed and insured firms with demonstrated expertise in architecture, engineering, and related disciplines. The intent of this RFQ is to establish a pool of qualified firms that Decatur Housing may engage, at its sole discretion, for various projects depending on the type, size, and complexity of the work. questions to be submitted will be Thursday, December 11, 2025. Any questions with regards to these proposals should be directed to Karen Atchley at procurement@decaturha.org. Most of our service contracts are held for a minimum of one year with four (4) annual renewals up to a total of a five (5) year contract. The firms submitting proposals or being considered for this project shall be properly licensed and provide evidence of such license for the proposal to be considered. Following an evaluation process and review of all proposals expected award will be on or around Thursday, February 19th, 2026. Decatur Housing reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals. No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of the proposal without the consent of Decatur Housing.
