Sealed bids are invited for the Bedford Pumping Station Generator Construction Project. Bids must be submitted to the City Clerk at City Hall in North Kansas City, Missouri, by the specified deadline. Bidders are responsible for obtaining engineering plans, drawings, specifications, and all related contract information from KC Blueprint and Plan Room or www.kcblueprint.com. No paper copies will be provided by the Owner, and bidders must ensure they have the most current documents including all addenda. Bidders are required to verify information and conduct their own due diligence, as the Owner makes no representations as to the accuracy or completeness of the documents. Questions must be directed to the Public Works Director, with responses provided only through formal addenda. Compliance with prevailing wage laws is required. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any and all bids, re-advertise, and negotiate with responsive and responsible bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety days after the bid opening date.
