Site work for a water / sewer project in Boardman, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project requests proposals for a Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) Secondary System to provide activated sludge biological secondary treatment of anaerobic digester effluent at the Port of Morrow Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant. Digital proposals must follow Section 004000 and be submitted by the deadline. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. All questions regarding the proposal documents must be submitted in writing to the buyer at least 10 days prior to the proposal deadline. Oral statements are not binding. Each bid must state whether the bidder is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279a.120 and is subject to all requirements regarding the payment of prevailing wage rates per Public Works Project ORS 279c.800 to 279c.850. The Port of Morrow reserves the right to award or reject any or all bids or postpone the contract award if deemed in the public interest.
