Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada's Summerland Research and Development Centre located at 4200 Highway 97, Summerland, BC, requires refrigeration services on an "as and when requested" basis. This solicitation is to establish a service contract with task authorizations for the delivery of these services. The contract will run from the date of award to November 30, 2026, with an irrevocable option to extend for up to four additional one-year periods. There are security requirements, and contractor personnel requiring access to sensitive worksites must each hold a valid Reliability Status, granted or approved by AAFC. Canada will assess offers in accordance with the entire requirement of the solicitation, including both Technical and Financial evaluation criteria. Any offers that fail to meet all mandatory solicitation requirements will be declared non-compliant.
