Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Summerland, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Through this Request for Proposal (the “Opportunity”), the District of Summerland, hereafter referred to as the “District”, invites proposals for the construction of: Corridor improvements along Victoria Road South between Dunham Cresent and Prairie Valley Road, as well as along Dale Meadows Road from Dale Meadows Park entrance to Victoria Road South. These corridor improvements include sidewalk, multi-use pathway, road works, storm main, water main and infrastructure replacements. Construction also includes restoration of any disturbed landscaping and shoulders.
