Site work and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Summerland, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the District of Summerland (the "District") to prospective Respondents to submit non-binding proposals for the Wharton Street Revitalization construction project, which can be briefly summarized as follows: Corridor improvements from Victoria Road to Kelly Avenue along Wharton Street. These corridor improvements include sidewalk, multi-use pathway, road realignment, stormmain and attenuation tank and replacements. Construction also includes park enhancements, landscaping improvements, creation of a public gathering areas along Henry Avenue between Main Street and Wharton Street, washroom facilities, pedestrian safety improvements and undergrounding of electrical and communications utilities.
