The overall objective of the annual pavement marking project is to repaint traffic line markings within the District of Summerland, in both urban and rural areas, excluding roads which are the responsibility of the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (i.e. Highway 97). Term of Engagement The successful Respondent should be prepared to commence work on or around April 1, 2025. The Agreement shall be valid for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew for two (2) subsequent one (1) year periods, in the District's sole discretion. Should the District wish to extend the Agreement, the District will advise the Contractor by January 31st of each renewal year. WorkSafeBC Clearance Letter addressed to the District of Summerland, indicating that account is active and in good standing. Commercial General Liability Insurance coverage in the amount of $5,000,000 as per the requirements detailed in Appendix A - Form of Agreement. Automobile Liability Insurance coverage in the amount of $5,000,000 as per the requirements detailed in Appendix A - Form of Agreement
