Renovation of a laboratory facility in Summerland, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
This is the Phase 2 solicitation following an Invitation to Qualify. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid. This Contract covers the following work at the Summerland Research Centre at 4200 Highway #97, Summerland, BC V0H 1Z0. Work includes: 1. Remove and dispose existing skylights and install new roof assembly: a. Remove and dispose existing skylight glazing systems and associated components b. Prepare existing substrate and framing for new roof assembly c. Install new structural steel framing and deck d. Install new roof assembly e. Install new metal stud and gypsum board assembly f. Install new light fixtures g. Modify existing fire protection sprinkler system to suit modified space h.
