Description

Renovation of a stadium in Summerland, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

The District requires a company to complete all work related to the supply and installation of a new evaporative condenser for the ice plant at the Summerland Arena & Curling Club. The Contractor's scope of Work includes labelling, painting, and valve tagging. The Contractor will be required to remove and dispose of the existing unit, as well as any other waste that is generated from the Work. The successful Respondent should be prepared to commence work commence work by procuring long lead equipment immediately after the Agreement is awarded. The on-site Work must take place during the Summerland Arena & Curling Club annual shutdown between May 1, 2026 and June 1, 2026. The term of the Agreement is to be from the time of contract execution through project completion.
