Renovation of a multi-residential development in Jermyn, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.
Sealed bids are invited for Electrical Meter Base Replacement at Jermyn/Dickson City. The work of this project generally includes Electrical Meter Base Replacement in Jermyn/Dickson City as per plans and specifications. The bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid amount, made payable to H.A.C.L. Construction documents may be obtained by contacting LaBella Associates, DPC. All bidder questions can be submitted via email. Successful bidders will be required to furnish and pay for Performance and Labor and Materials Bonds acceptable to the Housing Authority of the County of Lackawanna. Attention is called to the wage and equal employment opportunity requirements as contained in the Bid Documents. All workers employed on this project shall receive the proper wages according to the Wage and Hour Schedule included in the Specification. Prevailing wages as established under the Davis-Bacon Act will apply. The contract documents contain requirements addressing prevailing labor rates, nondiscrimination in hiring practices, specifications, and related matters.
