Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the Bidder and clearly marked as New Construction for High School Stadium and Tennis Courts. Bidding documents can be obtained in hard copy or PDF format upon written request. All questions regarding contract documents, technical sections, legal documents, and bid submission must be directed in writing. Bids received after the stated deadline will be returned unopened. a. The Project generally consists of demolition of existing stadium structures and construction of new stadium facilities (field house, concessions, restrooms, ticket booth, press box, etc.) and associated site work along with reconstruction of existing tennis court facilities, new storage structures, and resurfacing of existing parking lots. b. The owner, under separate contract, will provide the roofing work, lighting for stadium sport field, lighting for tennis court lighting and various low voltage work.
