The scope includes minor demolition, carpentry work, installation of batt insulation, installation of flashings, trim and sealants, replacement of existing entrance doors, door frames and hardware, gypsum board patching and taping, painting, replacement of the existing boiler with a ducted furnace system and related ductwork distribution, installation of new fans, and electrical work related to the HVAC system including new wiring from the existing panel through wire mold and painting. Bidders must submit a certified check or bank draft payable to American Rescue Workers or a satisfactory Bid Bond for 10% of the total bid, along with a fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit. Compliance with Equal Employment requirements, MBE/WBE goals, Section 3 participation, Buy America, Build America Act requirements, and Davis-Bacon and Related Acts is mandatory.
