Renovation of an educational facility in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Pennsylvania College of Technology is seeking bids for a single prime contractor to remove and dispose of one 40-ton packaged HVAC unit, including its accessories, concrete slab, and associated piping and electrical. The contractor will furnish and install a new 40-ton packaged HVAC unit, which includes installation of a new concrete slab, associated piping, electrical components, any necessary accessories, and interior DuctSox at the Field House. Bids must be submitted with a bid bond or a certified/cashier's check in an amount not less than ten percent of the proposed amount, drawn in favor of Pennsylvania College of Technology. This is a public works project and is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The College reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or al bid deemed in the College's best interest.
