Community College District No. 509, Elgin Community College, is accepting BIDS for the purchase of uninterrupted power supplies (UPS). The 11-25 Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS) Purchase Elgin Community College reserves the right to reject any or all BIDS received, to waive any informalities or technicalities of the BID or to reject any non-responsive BID in the interest of Elgin Community College. The College is committed to actively promoting and encouraging the participation of businesses owned by Minorities, Females, and Persons with Disabilities in the College's procurement process. All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).
