Remodeling of a residential development in Clifton Springs, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade residential development.
Question Deadline 10/30/2025 Any questions not asked at the site visit must be submitted in writing to FL.Purchasing@opwdd.ny.gov within 2 business of the site visit. Contractors will receive a response within 2 business days after the deadline for submitting questions. (Bathroom Designs). The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 30 days of award, unless modified below. This is a NYS Public Works project, and prevailing wages are to be paid. Refer to attached specification for the following scope of work. Site must be cleaned, and all materials secured at the end of each workday. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of (Bathroom Renovation Designs), before removal of equipment and scaffolding, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Plant Superintendent. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following 1. Designs and specifications for 85 sq ft.(approx.) Bathroom Renovation 2. Product Specification Data. a. Construction details, material description, dimensions, profiles, finishes, and applicable schematics, and cut sheets. 3. All Designs and Specification documents need to be provided on Adobe (, pdf). 4. Document Submissions to be provided to OPWDD Point of Contact (POC) at routine Intervals: a. 90% Completion (Issued for Permitting- signed and stamped), b. 100% Completion 5. Internal Construction Permitting to be completed by the Maintenance Supervisor with necessary OPWDD Agency Personnel in Central Office. 6. Design Vendor shall provide (2) set of 24" x 36" blueprints upon completion, stamped/signed, and mailed to POC listed above. 7. Design Services shall also include: a. A Probable Construction Cost Estimate, based on current pricing, materials, and supplies. The Finger Lakes DDSO is soliciting bids to design a bathroom at the East Main IRA located at 83 E Main St, Clifton Springs, NY 14432. The architect/engineer will be responsible for attending the mandatory site visit to verify knowledge of the area for which service is being requested prior to bid submission. Bids will not be accepted before the site visit or from vendors that do not attend. Vendors may also be disqualified if they arrive late to the site visit. Prevailing wage is not a requirement of this project. It is not required to notify ahead of time of intent to attend the site visit.
