Site work and paving for an educational facility in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade educational facility.
The Lansing School District is requesting bids for the following projects: SO-1845 Forest View Elementary & SO-1846 Lyons Elementary Asphalt Replacement. Bidding documents will be accessible on the School District's website or the State of Michigan procurement site. Bids must be submitted to the Lansing School District Purchasing Office before 2:00 pm, local time, on the specified due date. All bids must include a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Affidavit and a bid security bond of 5%. The Lansing School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities, or to award the contract to a bidder other than the lowest bidder at their sole discretion. QA date - 10-22-2025 5:00 PM All questions must be in writing and should be directed to Jon Laing, Director of Procurement at: Projects@lansingschools.net, no later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, October 22, 2025. Addendums will be posted on the Lansing School Districts web-site and SIGMA as they are issued.
