A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The work includes removal and replacement of asphalt surface road and parking lots, sidewalk, and construction of approximately 433 linear feet of PVC water main. Bids must be delivered to 115 S. Main Street, Webberville, MI 48895 by the specified deadline, in accordance with the bidding documents. Bids will only be accepted from Plan Holders of Record who have attended the mandatory pre-bid conference. To be a Plan Holder of Record, bidding documents must be requested from the issuing office. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Village of Webberville Offices at the date and time specified. Prospective bidders are required to attend, sign in with name, business represented, and email address, and participate. Bids will be made and received in accordance with contract documents. Contracts will be made with the lowest responsible bidder providing required security for performance. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids and adjourn bid letting as publicly announced. All bids shall remain open for thirty (30) days after the bid opening, but the Village may release bids and bid security before that date at its discretion.
