SCOPE OF WORK 2.1 Torque, Tighten, and Preventative Maintenance on the Main Electrical Gear o Perform preventative maintenance as required on main switchgear 1 & 2 and switchboard 1, 2, & 3 o Torque and tighten as required per factory specs on main switchgear 1 & 2 and switchboard 1, 2, & 3 o Input new settings on adjustable breakers in coordination with FM Team A and existing arc flash study (to be completed separately by others in 2025) o All work to be completed in one business day to minimize shutdown impact to the building occupants (work MUST occur on a federal/state holiday when building is closed) i. All field personnel must be trained to ensure compliance with the OSHA CFR 1910 Electrical Safety Standard, which establishes minimum safety requirements for the design, operation, and maintenance of high-voltage systems (over 600 volts). In addition, put safety protocols in place to meet or exceed the requirements set forth by NFPA 70E, and provide the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to all personnel. o Provide report on final test results and recommendations o Work MUST occur during non-standard work hours 2.2 Demo and Install New EMGDP1 panel o Demo existing EMGDP1 o Provide and install new electrical panel o Work MUST occur during non-standard work hours 2.3 Trace Existing Cloth Wiring o Trace and identify existing cloth wiring throughout building for future removal o Quote should assume labor allowance for 48-man hours 2.4 Demo and Install Room 32 Electrical Panels o Demo existing Room 32 o Provide and install new electrical panel o Work MAY require some work during non-standard work hours 2.5 Demo and Install G4 Electrical Panel o Demo existing G4 panel o Provide and install new electrical panel o Work MAY require some work during non-standard work hours 2.6 Demo and Install PC Electrical Panel o Demo existing PC Panel o Provide and install new electrical panel o Work MAY occur during standard work hours 3.
