The Board of Commissioners of Garfield County, Montana, is soliciting proposals for the Garfield County Health Center Clinic remodel within Garfield County as deemed appropriate by the County. The project involves an office remodel. To view floor plans, contact is provided for further details. Proposals must include the contractor's legal name, address, and telephone number; the principals and their experience and qualifications; a description of prior experience, including similar projects, location, total construction cost, and a reference; a description of current work activities and how these would be coordinated with the project; anticipated availability during the contract term; and a list of the last five completed projects including contact names. Respondents will be evaluated based on personnel qualifications, related experience on similar projects, capability to meet time and project requirements, workload, proposal quality, location, and recent/current work for Garfield County. Proposals should not exceed 25 one-sided pages, excluding a cover letter and personnel resumes. Three copies of the proposal must be received before the stated deadline, addressed as indicated. The County reserves the right to request oral interviews with the highest-ranked firms, negotiate contract terms, reject any or all proposals, and waive irregularities. Proposals will become the property of the County upon submission and will be public record after contract award. Late submissions will not be considered. There is no maximum number of pages specified for other submitted materials; all should be single-sided, single-spaced, and typed on standard paper size.
