The contractor shall refurbish the locker rooms and bathrooms at USCG Station San Francisco, including the men's and women's restrooms in the Locker Room Building and a single bathroom in the Main Station Building. Work includes removal and replacement of fixtures, showers, toilets, sinks, countertops, toilet partitions, and installation of 110V hand dryers. Walls and ceilings will be patched and painted, with colors and finishes selected by the Technical Point of Contact. Approximately 1,200 square feet of epoxy flooring in the locker rooms and 200 square feet in each restroom will be removed and replaced with new epoxy floor coating with nonslip grit. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, services, equipment, and supervision. Work must be performed between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, unless otherwise authorized. The government will furnish electricity, parking, and laydown area, but not bathroom facilities for contractor personnel. Daily cleanup and final restoration of construction areas to original condition are required. Coordination with the Technical POC is necessary to minimize operational impact and ensure quality control. The contractor must comply with all applicable FAR clauses and environmental regulations. All questions must be submitted no later than 2 business days after the scheduled site visit. Questions submitted after this date may not be addressed. As required by FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
