Type 10 materials (garbage, rubbish and other such refuse matter) shall be collected one day per week year-round from all residences, including the residences of the Rolling Hills Condominiums & Ascot Apartments, and Municipal Facilities. Collection at Municipal Facilities shall include emptying of the 'Township dumpsters' at Hillside Park, at the No. 1 Firehouse of the Andover Township Fire Department, at the Andover Township Police Department, at the Lakeland Emergency Squad Building, and at the Municipal Complex. Recyclable materials: for Option 1, weekly pickup with alternating commodities (fiber such as magazines, newspapers, cardboard, and junk mail collected twice per month and commingled materials like plastic, tin, aluminum, and glass collected twice per month year-round from all residences); for Option 2, single stream process recycling pick-up bi-weekly. Recyclable materials including office paper and junk mail shall be collected once per week year-round from Rolling Hills Condominiums, Ascot Apartments, and Municipal Facilities. Type 13 bulky waste, other than building materials, tires, and hazardous materials, shall be collected weekly (as generated) with regular trash pickup, with a weight limit of 350 pounds. Freon which has been removed from refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners (any appliance with Freon) shall be picked up once per month by appointment throughout the Township. Containers and dumpster provisions by contractor or resident, as detailed per residence type and facility.
