Sealed bids will be received for the FY 2025 NJDOT Municipal Aid Program Resurfacing of Freeman Avenue, Sherman Avenue & McClellan Avenue project in the Borough of Chesilhurst, Camden County, New Jersey. Bid forms, contracts, and specifications are available from Bach Associates, PC. Payment is required for physical sets, but electronic copies are free upon request. Bids must be on the designated bid form, in sealed envelopes with reference to the specific work, and addressed to the Borough Clerk. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) but not exceeding $20,000.00 of the bid, and a certificate from a surety company for the completion bond. The contract award is subject to the provision of necessary funds by the Borough. Bidders must comply with Affirmative Action requirements, New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Public Works Contractor Registration Act, and Business Registration requirements. Sealed bids are solicited through a fair and open process per N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5.
