Wide Window Shade Replacement A non-mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will take place on January 6, 2026, starting at 3:00pm at Mokena Junior High School. The group will then travel to Mokena Elementary School and complete the walkthrough at Mokena Intermediate School. Final requests for information will be due January 7, 2026, at 12:00pm to apetritis@woldae.com This project includes: Window shade replacements at Mokena Elementary School, Mokena Intermediate School, and Mokena Middle School. The Project consists of the replacement of existing blinds with manual roller shades at Mokena Elementary School, Mokena Intermediate School, and Mokena Junior High School standard classrooms. 1. Briefly and without force and effect upon the Contract Documents, the Work of this single prime Contract can be summarized as follows: 2. Work under this Contract includes: a. Interior Finishes: 1) Ceiling finishes of acoustical lay-in tile, gypsum board soffits. 2) Manual roller shades, and miscellaneous specialties. F. Keep Architect fully informed about progress of the work, performance of the work and potential problems.
