Renovation of a military facility in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The project involves the replacement and upgrade of 67 doors and/or door components throughout the Pine Ridge hospital to address life safety, infection control, and security hazards. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and other documents provided under the solicitation. The contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price construction contract and procured as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under FAR Part 15 and 36 procedures. The period of performance is 270 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. TERO fees apply. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 270 calendar days Offerors shall submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to both the Contracting Officer at thupten.tsering@ihs.gov. Questions should be received no later than 10 calendar days prior to the proposal receipt date to allow time for a response.
