The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is seeking formal, sealed proposals from qualified, experienced, licensed, and insured contractors to provide janitorial services for the Bentonville Community Center, an approximately 80,000-square-foot municipal facility. Services required include daily custodial cleaning during all operating hours, scheduled after-hours deep cleaning of restrooms, locker rooms, fitness areas, floors, and other high-use spaces, periodic detail cleaning, and full coverage as specified for the facility. The awarded contractor will be required to sign a binding contract for a one-year term, which is renewable annually for up to three years. The City may award a contract to one or more proposers at its sole discretion. Proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the City of Bentonville Purchasing and Compliance Department before the submission deadline. Late or unsigned proposals will be rejected. Small, minority, and women-owned business enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals. All questions must be submitted in writing to the provided email address.
