Answers to all questions or information given to a CONTRACTOR in response to a formal request of a substantive nature will be posted on the CITYS Procurement Opportunities page on the City of Claremont, NH website Online Substantial completion date of June 5th, 2026 The City of Claremont is seeking proposals for sidewalk repair and remodel project to include the following activities (location spelled out in the attached worksheet): o Removal of existing concrete sidewalk panels o Address cracking, settlement, poor finish; reset subgrade, and form o Installation of NHAA 4000 PSI fiber-reinforced concrete. o ADA-Compliant Slope: o Install ADA-compliant graded slope (1:12). o Planting Bed Remodel: o Remove, reshape, and reinstall existing planting bed at specified grade o General Concrete & Curb Work: o Remove and replace existing curbing as needed. o Install new granite/concrete curbing. o Fine grade and compact gravel base, ensure drainage. o Install detectable cast iron warning surfaces at crosswalks, as required.
