A project to replace the deck of the bridge carrying Rose Road over I-86 in the town of Fremont, Steuben County. NYSDOT Region: 06 SOUTHERN TIER/CENTRAL NEW YORK The current status of the project is Future Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Spring 2032. Construction is expected to begin in Spring 2032. Construction is expected to be completed in Winter 2032/2033. As of October 13, 2025, the project is in Conceptual status. Anticipated letting Year is 2032. NYDOT :Rose Road / I-86 Bridge Deck Replacement (Bin 1029490), T/o Freemont, Steuben County *Project information has been obtained through a public state transportation improvement plan (STIP).
