This involves furnishing to the Department of Water and Power a one-time purchase of 'Fairbanks Morse' submersible pump parts as may be ordered in accordance with the bid specifications and other identified documents. The listed parts include items such as pump volute gaskets, impellers, impeller wear rings, mechanical seals, radial and thrust bearings, and terminal board assemblies, all specified by part number and associated pump models. Only responses submitted through the ERSP system will be accepted for consideration. Bidders must submit a complete bid on all items. Award will be made to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder based on the lowest ultimate cost to the department, including all items in a single contract. Bidders must read all bid clauses carefully, and all questions shall be submitted through the ERSP 'Q & A' section. Required bidding forms must be downloaded, completed, and submitted electronically before bid closing. Delivery is desired within 150 calendar days and shall not exceed 300 calendar days from receipt of order; bids offering delivery beyond the maximum will be deemed non-responsive. Delivery will be accepted only between 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, except recognized holidays. Bidders are also instructed to indicate whether they allow cooperative purchasing, claim local business preference, and submit dealer/distributor certification letters as required. Only manufacturer or authorized dealer warranty claims will be honored. The department reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Awards will not be effective until final confirmation and issuance of a purchase order or contractual document.
