The Consultant shall furnish all services necessary to complete the scope of services for the 2026 Pavement Rehabilitation Project. Services include engineering reports preparation, surveying, preliminary engineering, preparation of environmental documents and technical studies necessary to obtain CEQA environmental approvals and permitting, Plans, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E), and construction engineering support. The selected consultant is responsible for managing and controlling costs and resources, completing work in adherence to the agreed schedule, and assigning a Project Manager who will be the primary contact and responsible for all project management activities, including subconsultant work. Tasks include: - Project management and coordination, including kick-off meeting, baseline schedule, progress meetings, facilitating Project Development Team and interagency meetings, keeping City Project Manager informed, preparing agendas and minutes, providing consultation, and attending two public meetings. - Reporting and invoicing, including developing and adhering to a project schedule and budget, providing monthly written progress reports itemized by task, and submitting invoices by the 15th of each month. - Data collection and review, such as reviewing existing data, gathering additional information as needed, and providing geotechnical and soils reports if needed.
