Description

Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of an industrial development in West Palm Beach, Florida. Design plans call for the construction of a industrial development; and for site work for a industrial development.

A detailed scope of work has not been determined. As of July 29, 2026, the project will be procured in a three-step process consisting of: Request for Expression of Interest (RFEI) in August 2026, Request for Qualifications (RFQ) in January 2027, Request for Proposals (RFP) in May 2028. The demolish, design, build, operate, and maintain contract will be awarded in February 2029. Demolition will begin in October 2029 followed by construction. Construction completion is anticipated between Q3 of 2034 and Q1 of 2035.
