The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County requests interested parties to submit proposals for the selection of qualified and licensed firms to provide commercial solid waste and recycling collection services for Service Area 5. Certified SBE Prime Proposers must perform a minimum of fifty-one percent of the contract and subcontract a minimum of twenty percent SBE Subcontractor participation on this procurement. Instructions to bidders include obtaining proposal documents from the Authority's website or Bonfire portal, and it is strongly encouraged to attend a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference.
