Sealed quotes or bids are invited under the County's Annual Contract for flooring. The project involves the replacement of flooring in MCCH, Courtroom 2C, 2D, 11A-11H, and miscellaneous locations. Only quotes or bids received from qualified contractors will be considered. All requirements and instructions for submission, consideration, and award, including SBE and bonding requirements, are provided in the Invitation for Quote/Bid, available by request or download. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting, and contractor qualification is required and must be submitted at least 10 days before the due date. The County reserves the right to waive any irregularities, informalities, technical deficiencies and to reject any and all quotes or bids. Only questions received in writing will be responded to regarding this Invitation for Quote/Bid. This Quote/Bid is to furnish all material, labor, supervision, permits and supplies necessary and reasonably incidental to replace flooring per the project requirements provided by Capital Improvements Division in this Invitation for Quote/Bid at Attachment C and all exhibits and addenda thereto. Work is to be done under the terms and conditions of Palm Beach County's Annual Contract - Flooring, and pursuant to the conditions of the Work Order, both of which are incorporated into the Contract Documents by reference.
