Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.

The City of West Palm Beach is soliciting proposals from qualified, experienced, knowledgeable, and responsible professional engineering or architectural firms to provide design and construction phase engineering services for the structural analysis, design, and replacement of existing roof, windows, and exterior doors for the hardening project at Fire Station No. 5. The City will be soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to perform the construction of this project under a separate solicitation. Funds for this project are derived from a federal pass-through state of Florida, FloridaCommerce grant (#I0159) and therefore the successful Contractor must comply with federal guidelines.
