Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Catasauqua, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,688-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Complete design and construction of a 42' x 64' painted 28-gauge steel panel pole building on the Borough's Wastewater Treatment Facility . The work shall include professional engineering design, preparation of construction plans, and specifications, product manufacture, erection and field supervision. Question Deadline 11/06/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Location : online portal . Questions and inquiries should be addressed through online. The bid must be accompanied by bid security made payable to the Owner in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. This project is subject to minimum wage rates in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Public Works Employee Verification Act. Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, and/or to reject, any or all bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Anticipated Project Timeline: Upon positive review by Borough Council the project will be awarded Monday, November 17, 2025, within 30 days of award the Notice to Proceed will be issued with a 60 day completion time.
