Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Windsor, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project will correct existing pavement deficiencies on State Route 9W from Moodna Creek Bridge to Angola Road in the Towns of New Windsor and Cornwall in Orange County. The work will primarily consist of milling and filling the roadway and resurfacing with warm-mix asphalt to extend its service life and improve the quality and safety of the pavement. Pedestrian Facilities will be brought up to current American Disability Act (ADA) standards where feasible. NYSDOT Region: 08 Hudson Valley The current status of the project is Future Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Spring 2027. Construction is expected to begin in Spring 2027. Construction is expected to be completed in Winter 2027/2028. As of October 14, 2025, the project is in Conceptual status. Anticipated letting Year is 2027.
